What I collect
When you submit the contact brief I collect your name, business name, email, and any optional fields you fill (phone, business type, current site, goals, budget, timeline, contact preference, and message). When you book through Cal.com, that service collects the scheduling details you provide under its own privacy policy. Server logs retain IP address and user agent for thirty days for abuse prevention.
What I use it for
To reply to your inquiry, qualify fit, schedule calls, and keep an internal record of leads. That is the only purpose. I do not add you to a newsletter, pass your information to advertisers, or use it for targeted advertising.
Where it lives
Briefs are emailed via Resend when configured, and stored in a private Supabase database when configured, so I can follow up and track status. Booking data is processed by Cal.com. The site is hosted on Vercel. I do not run an analytics platform, a session replay tool, or a retargeting pixel on this site today.
How long I keep it
Contact submissions are retained as long as the conversation is active, then archived for up to two years in case you come back. You can ask me to delete your record at any time by emailing [email protected].
Cookies
The site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party embeds you choose to use (for example Cal.com on the contact page) may set their own cookies under their policies.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California you have the right to request a copy of the information I hold about you, correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I will respond within thirty days.
