01Will I own my website?+
Yes. At handoff you get the repo, domain access, admin logins, hosting access if I set it up, and anything else tied to the site. No proprietary lock-in.
02Do I have to host the site with you?+
No. Hosting is optional at $50/mo. If you want to self-host, I hand over the repo and logins so you or another developer can run it.
03Why not just use Wix, Squarespace, or a cousin who does websites?+
You absolutely can. Templates are useful for some businesses. What you are paying me for is a custom site with clearer pages, better mobile behavior, and ownership at the end. If a template is the right call, I will say so.
04How many more calls will I actually get?+
No honest person can promise a number. What I will promise: your site will be fast, clear, mobile-first, and built so a real customer can understand you and contact you without friction.
05Do you handle search setup?+
I handle the basic on-site setup a good website should have: clean structure, metadata, fast pages, and sensible URLs. Ongoing search, ads, content, or brand work is a custom quote, not a standard offer.
06What happens after launch if I need changes?+
The first 14 days are included for polish and small fixes. After that, maintenance is optional: $100/hr when needed, or $200/mo for 2 hours per month with no rollover.
