No SEO retainers, Google Ads management, blog writing, logo design, branding packages, or productized add-ons. If you need one of those, it gets quoted separately or I point you to someone better.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

Three weeks. Four phases.

Fixed milestones, weekly reviews, and a roadmap you own. Remote-first, with an in-person kickoff available in the San Juan metro.
PHASE 01WK 1

Discover.

Kickoff call on Zoom, or in person if you are in the San Juan metro. We confirm pages, audience, language needs, ownership details, and what launch has to accomplish.

PHASE 02WK 2

Design + Build.

Design and build happen in parallel with one operator. You see a staging link on day 8 and again on day 12. Two clear feedback rounds keep the work moving.

PHASE 03WK 3

Launch.

Polish, QA, DNS cutover, analytics basics, and handoff. The site goes live Friday of week 3, with a Loom and every login in your hands.

PHASE 04+14 DAYS

Polish.

Two weeks of bug fixes and small tuning after launch, covered by the project. After that, hosting and maintenance are optional.

01Will I own my website?+
Yes. At handoff you get the repo, domain access, admin logins, hosting access if I set it up, and anything else tied to the site. No proprietary lock-in.
02Do I have to host the site with you?+
No. Hosting is optional at $50/mo. If you want to self-host, I hand over the repo and logins so you or another developer can run it.
03Why not just use Wix, Squarespace, or a cousin who does websites?+
You absolutely can. Templates are useful for some businesses. What you are paying me for is a custom site with clearer pages, better mobile behavior, and ownership at the end. If a template is the right call, I will say so.
04How many more calls will I actually get?+
No honest person can promise a number. What I will promise: your site will be fast, clear, mobile-first, and built so a real customer can understand you and contact you without friction.
05Do you handle search setup?+
I handle the basic on-site setup a good website should have: clean structure, metadata, fast pages, and sensible URLs. Ongoing search, ads, content, or brand work is a custom quote, not a standard offer.
06What happens after launch if I need changes?+
The first 14 days are included for polish and small fixes. After that, maintenance is optional: $100/hr when needed, or $200/mo for 2 hours per month with no rollover.
07Can we meet in person?+
Depends where you are. I'm based in San Juan and I'll drive to meet clients in the metro for kickoff and launch. Anywhere else, we run the whole engagement on Zoom and Loom — most of my clients I never meet face-to-face, and the work doesn't suffer for it.
08Do you speak Spanish?+
Sí. Discovery, feedback, and handoff can happen in Spanish or English. Every site is built bilingual-ready, so an ES/EN version is planned into the structure instead of bolted on later.
